If you’ve been dreaming of building your family in a big way, these amazing sisters may be a great match for you. Meet Elsie, Eva and Lira, 3 little girls who are sure to bring so much love and joy to your life! Older sister Elsie is a born leader and a protective big sister to her younger twin siblings. She is full of excitement, engages well with others and loves new experiences. Elsie has a lot of energy and loves to burn it off by spending time outside playing soccer or just running around finding fun with her sisters. Telling funny jokes; coloring and playing with dolls are a few more of Elsie’s favorite things.
Eva is very warm and affectionate and loves music, dancing and playing pretend and dress up with her twin sister Lira. Eva is a rough and tumble girl who loves to be outside climbing and exploring, but also prefers to have her caregivers close enough to allow for safety and comfort when needed. Lira is often described as full of joy. She entertains herself well and is a bit more quiet than her siblings. Lira enjoys dressing up, particularly when it involves sparkles and crowns, and also loves books, going to the park and having family pizza/movie nights.
Elsie, Eva and Lira have an extremely strong bond with one another. They have all made tremendous strides over the past year in overcoming learning and speech related challenges. These siblings thrive on structure, routine and clear expectations and will need a family who is committed to being a very strong educational advocate and keeping ongoing school and community services in place for them. An active family with the ability to build a lot of set play time into their schedule each day would be a wonderful fit. These siblings have a younger brother with whom they share a close bond, who is not legally free for adoption at this time. A family who would be open to adopting this sibling as well, if that becomes his plan in the future, would be the best match for the girls.
Elsie, Eva and Lira’s Permanency Team is only interested at this time in considering families who reside in the Treasure Valley area. A two-parent family who is skilled in caring for children with special needs, and does not currently have other high needs children in the home, would be a great fit for the girls. At this time, the Team’s preference is for families who already possess an approved adoption home study, however the Team is open to hearing from families who do not yet have a home study, if they have significant experience parenting children with special needs.
Elsie, Eva and Lira are incredible, resilient children who are sure to grow and thrive exponentially within the right adoptive family. If you have the qualifications their team is searching for and are ready for all of the joy, challenges and tremendous rewards that will come with making these siblings a part of your Forever Family, we can’t wait to receive your inquiry!
